To complete our team, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is seeking a highly professional and committed team player for the following position:
Manager Integrity Affairs (f/m)

Your duties

  • Development of programs to protect the integrity of Football by defining possible projects, establish possible partnerships and participate in international discussions on the improvement of operational legislation and regulations
  • Collaboration of governments regarding the criminalization of match-fixing and the harmonization of international laws
  • Support and promote the FIFA-Integrity program
  • Improvement of investigation results by establishing standards and training programs
  • Supervise, coordinate and conduct integrity investigations on different levels
  • Strengthen internal (e.g. Legal Division, Competition Division) and external (Confederation, Football Association) cooperation with regards to integrity
  • Reforming match and competition regulations integrating the aspect of fighting match-fixing
  • Organize and conduct regular anti-corruption trainings for stakeholders of football

Our requirements

  • Experience in the area of international investigative operations
  • Relevant working experience in an international environment
  • Fluent in English in written and spoken and proficient in French and/or Spanish
  • Broad experience in planning, leading and managing complex work programs
  • Solid knowledge of legal framework in corruption, fraud, gambling and illegal betting
  • Experience in project management and in budget planning
  • Opportunity to travel
